On April 19 & April 20, 2013, A. Tom Collins celebrates the local release of their debut full length album, Stick & Poke, with two nights of live party music at Denver’s Hi-Dive. The 10-song album was recorded and produced at Absinthe Studio by the legend, the mystery, Bob Ferbache, and A. Tom Collins. It will be released by Greater Than Collective, the non-traditional Denver-based label founded and run by Pete Turner (Illegal Pete’s) and Virgil Dickerson (Suburban Home Records), locally this April and nationally in June.
Open Air 1340 will be sponsoring the shows, offering exclusive special ticket giveaways to the shows and a pre-show party with the band.
Also, the band is super freakin’ excited to announce its spring 2013 European tour! During the month of May, A. Tom will embark on its first olde worlde foray with tour dates in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, France, and the UK. A handful of these dates will be supporting Denver legends Slim Cessna’s Auto Club! The band will announce US tour dates sometime this summer.
